No previous experience of psychosynthesis or ecopsychology is necessary.

We want to inspire people to take a lead in creating a more sustainable future.

We do this by combining the pragmatic drive to 'make the world a better place' with personal reflection and transformation. This is a personal journey and practical journey focused towards effective and compassionate action in the world.

Rather than giving prescribed solutions, we encourage you to find your own ways of responding to the question of how to meet challenges, live, work and lead in more responsible and sustainable ways.

During the course you will:

> Learn from leaders who create purposeful, values driven ventures which contribute to the flourishing of self, community and the natural world. (click here for a list of presenters)

> Explore patterns of behaviour and determine which of these do and do not serve you.

>Have opportunities to articulate your vision, discover your gifts, and develop new skills.

> Test the relevance of these ideas in work or community in some tangible way.

The course is grounded in psychosynthesis with guest presenters from other disciplines bring diverse perspectives, creating space for fresh ways of thinking and opening possibilities for a rich new synthesis of ideas.
